Are these management services under the Condominium Management Services Act?
No. Jens.AI provides advisory and administrative support services. We do not act as a licensed condominium manager and do not execute contracts, hold funds, or exercise authority over the corporation on the board's behalf. Your board retains full decision-making and signing authority.
Is there a setup fee or minimum contract?
There is no setup fee. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. We earn your business every month.
What happens if our corporation grows beyond the unit count in our plan?
We'll work with you to transition to the right plan at your next renewal date. We'll never retroactively charge you for growth that happened mid-month.
Do you handle the actual signing of cheques or bank accounts?
No. Your board maintains full control of all financial accounts and signing authority. We prepare, track, and reconcile — you approve and sign.
Can we add services individually?
Starter and Professional plans include defined service sets. Enterprise plans are fully custom. If you're on a lower plan and need a specific one-off service, contact us — we can often accommodate.
How do we get our existing documents and records into your system?
We include a document onboarding session in all plans. We'll work with your outgoing board secretary or manager (if applicable) to organize and digitize your records.
